The Problem:

Suzanne had been working in the online space for about a year but felt that this culture and way of working wasn’t a good fit for her:

‘I had worked with a couple of other coaches previously and had some success. But I still felt that the business practice felt forced, inauthentic and masculine. Something didn’t feel good.  What a successful business ‘should be’ – that elusive six figure, working so many hours on marketing, offering free groups, fixating on likes and social media engagement just wasn’t for me.’

Working in the online space, there was a growing disconnect between what Suzanne had envisioned for her business and what it had become. She was working 40 plus hours a week, focussing on elements of her business that she didn’t enjoy and always feeling that she should be doing more:

‘I gave so much time before to things that I hate and it wasn’t serving me or my business…Traditional advertising techniques made my skin crawl – I didn’t want to have to make people feel uncomfortable to gain business. ’

Suzanne felt that her business practice wasn’t in alignment with her ambitions and her intuition was telling her that something wasn’t right and it was holding her back.

‘Essentially before working with Morgana I had done all the strategy. I knew what I needed to do, or I knew what I was being told I needed to do. But it didn’t sit right, and because it didn’t sit right with me I felt like I wasn’t really getting anywhere.’

When Suzanne met Morgana in her free series, she recognised straight away that the depth of Morgana’s work on manifesting could help her to reconnect with what she wanted her business to be:

‘I had worked with people around mindset, and I had heard about manifesting and I’d done things on manifesting but it wasn’t even scratching the surface of what [Morgana] did in her free series, and that’s when I knew I wanted to talk to her and work with her.’

The Solution:

‘Learn to follow your own joy’

Morgana’s approach to business coaching offered something completely different to Suzanne. Right from the beginning, they dug deep, allowing Suzanne to really focus on what it was she wanted from her business and how she could get there on her own terms rather than adapting her practice to fit a traditional strategy:

‘What she really showed me was that you could do things in a different way and still be successful. That’s what drew me to her, and that’s what I needed to hear.’

Suzanne explained that what Morgana’s coaching truly offered went well beyond the limitations of strategy. Morgana encouraged Suzanne to trust herself, strip back what she felt wasn’t serving her or her business, and instead, follow her own intuition in order to find the success she knew she was capable of. Suzanne found Morgana’s teaching on embodiment – becoming the success you want to see – so influential that it now ‘drives every aspect of [her] life.’

‘Morgana helped me to trust in myself and my instincts and apply this to my business practice…Working with Morgana helped me to get back to the root, the core, of who I am and what my business could be. ’

With Suzanne’s background in  psychology and as a hypnotherapist, she was already really well informed on the subconscious and aware of the ‘inner critic’ but Morgana took this engagement and analysis to the next level. Diving into history and recognising the roots of female oppression and suppression allowed Suzanne to better understand her present position and therefore how to release herself from it:

‘For me the thing that really drew me was all the stuff that she talked about with witchcraft, and how women were oppressed through history. I’m quite self aware, so I already knew that I was conditioned to value academics over intuition and feeling. But I knew that on quite a surface level…seeing how it’s happened throughout history, that let me see where we can really shift and break out of the pattern. All the work we did was so healing, and powerful, and freeing.’

Morgana’s collaborative coaching style and 1:1 work allowed Suzanne to feel genuinely supported in her journey to success – a connection which has continued long beyond Morgana’s coaching program.

‘One of the things I really loved when we were working together, and now as well, she always treated me as an equal. I always felt she was working with me, as a true collaborator. I think that’s one of her many strengths, but it feels so unique in this online space.’

Suzanne had no hesitations about working with Morgana as she seemed so different from other coaches she had worked with. For Suzanne, Morgana was empowering as a coach but also incredibly inspiring professionally:

‘I found Morgana to be a really authentic person…Working with her made me see – if she can do it? Why can’t I? I don’t have to be that version of myself in business that doesn’t sit right with me.’

The Results:

‘Working with Morgana helped me open my eyes to what I already had.’

Through this program and self discovery, Suzanne’s perception of success transformed as did her ability to be successful across multiple aspects of her life. Suzanne explains that though she made significant financial gains, working with Morgana enabled her to manifest far more than just money:

‘I manifested my absolute dream home. I got a much bigger house while also reducing my mortgage. It has loads more space for the kids, and it’s in a beautiful village with incredible views. Since we moved here my business on google has gone right up the rankings. I’m getting clients coming from absolutely nowhere, people are just finding me without me having to do any legwork whatsoever. I found the most perfect therapy room and the community that I’ve moved to seems to be a lot of like minded people. It’s like I found my tribe. That has been amazing, and it’s what has helped my business feel amazing and expansive right now.’

Ultimately, Morgana’s coaching helped Suzanne to reconnect with her own strengths, encouraged her to be more present in herself, and allowed her to recognise the resources she already had. Suzanne was then able to utilise these resources – including collaborating professionally with her husband – to amazing effect:

‘Working with Morgana acted as a reminder of what was possible for me as I feel you can get caught up and forget what you have achieved before. I now don’t network or pay for marking; clients find me via recommendations or google. Working with Morgana helped me open my eyes to what I already had.’

Morgana’s support also highlighted for Suzanne that she could mould her business in any way she chose and be successful as the success would come from her embodiment of it:

‘I now act in alignment with these principles and work with people I am genuinely excited to engage with.’

This gave Suzanne the confidence to change up her strategy and the resulting client gains – both in quantity and quality – have been huge:

‘As soon as I changed the ways in which I gained clients – focussing on working with ‘soul clients’ – those perfect people that I felt I could really help achieve success and gain the best possible outcome – rather than convincing clients to work with me; my client numbers increased. I don’t have to sell to these people as they come to me and I can be totally upfront and have honest dialogue about the process…the ball is always in their court which is a really nice way to do business.’

Suzanne has now decreased her working hours by almost 75% whilst gaining more in terms of both professional reward and income;

‘I used to work 40plus hours and was always thinking/ feeling I should be doing more. Now  I have gained a much richer quality of life. Additional income is an added bonus.’

Nowadays, manifesting has become a huge part of Suzanne’s incredible success story.  Beyond manifesting a new idyllic home for her family and a neighbourhood community she feels is her ‘tribe’, Suzanne has also manifested an entirely new business with her husband and is attracting dream clients effortlessly in her joyful and abundant enterprise. As Suzanne says;

‘I feel like I manifest stuff all the time. It’s my way of being now… Now I know and believe deeply that true success is literally following your own joy and that is what I’m doing.’
